All of our products and services are designed to support the online recruitment advertising industry and help connect job seekers to job advertisers by providing CPC (Cost per click) and CPA (Cost per Application) advertising.

The UK team are an eclectic bunch with our commercial, development and support teams all sharing the same space in a flat structure that fosters a collaborative environment where nobody is unapproachable. We have people in our offices in the US and Australia who’ll sometimes call on your expertise in your territory for their global clients as well. We are a small team where you input can really have an impact.
What you’ll be doing?
Connecting with potential clients; being sensitive to their needs, introducing them to our products and fit those products to their needs. You’ll be on the telephone talking to your clients to understand their challenges and then after selling them our product remain their point of contact to service their needs as well as upsell as opportunities arise.
You’ll grow your territory to a variety of metrics and as you develop in the role you’ll help your clients with advice, share industry knowledge and build some great relationships with clients who are a pleasure to deal with.
At times you may be asked to represent Jobg8 by attending industry conferences to secure new business as well as meet with and nurture existing relationships. These are typically hosted in Germany, Spain or The Netherlands once or twice a year. . We also host two Job Board conferences each year, one in London you’ll attend and the other in USA, where we are able to meet many of our customers face to face.
What you’ll need?
A minimum of 2 years New Business Sales and Account Management experience is essential.
The consultative nature of our products means you’ll be an excellent communicator and fluent in English and German as this is the territory you’ll be growing in the role. Experience in finding then connecting with prospective customers, consultative sales to C-Level decision makers and MS Office skills are a must.
Proficiency in using or an interest in technology and an understanding of the Job Board industry would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
Our HQ in the UK is set in the countryside and boasts free on-site parking. We are close to the village of Tiptree which has plenty of facilities including coffees shops, supermarkets and other local independent amenities.
