Successful candidate will be involved in providing the following:

• Previous Mortgage or Banking is required.
• Hands-on Developer in JAVA/J2EE, EJB, Java Page Flow (JPF) and workflow.  Expert in .Net, C#, Access, and familiar in Visual Basic.
• Expert in leading offshore environment.
• Working with minimal documentation and knowledge transferring from previous application manager.
• 7+ years hands-on technical experience developing in JAVA/J2EE environment.   
• Attend and provide leadership during severity 1 issue calls.
• Mortgage Serving domain experience is preferred however Mortgage banking, Accounting, and Finance is acceptable.
• Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business or system issues and provide solutions.
• This role is responsible for managing on-going development and support of one or two critical lines of business applications.
• This role is primarily responsible for collaborating with business to identify future needs of applications, working with technical team to plan for future releases and respective dates, make sure the development follows guidelines and procedures.
• This role will acts as a single point of contact between business analysts group and technical development and infrastructure team.
• Lead effort in application roadmap, product/project release management and support function
• Ensure team adheres to design and development standards and procedures
• Coordinate with various IT team (DB, Architecture, QA, Network, Security, Server team and external vendors) to prepare project plan and milestones.
• Coordinate weekly status meeting with business and provide status.
• Coordinate weekly status meeting with technical team to monitor the current status of the project and escalate any issues related.
• Monitor & provide guidance to each individual development team members career goals and setup monthly sessions to monitor their progress.
• Evaluate and evolve development process to fit to company needs.
