Our client is looking for a dynamic candidate who has inventory accounting at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting (large corporation). Please only qualified applicants apply. Summary/Purpose of Position

• Reports to the Plant Accounting Manager and is responsible for inventory analysis and reporting

Key Relationships

• Internal Relationships: Will interact with all departments in the Company and all levels when needed
• External Relationships: Will interact mainly with Corporate Finance groups
• Training is required

Scope and Impact of Position:

• This position is responsible for providing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. If there are errors or incorrect compilation of financial data, management will be misinformed
• Confidential data is also dealt with on a daily basis. This position must be responsible for ensuring that this information is kept confidential

Essential Duties and Position Responsibilities:

• Inventory reporting and analysis
• Act as financial liaison for Delran and Bridger manufacturing facilities
• Assist with Budget and BVR process
• Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions
• Balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation to the General Ledger
• Assist in the preparation of year-end corporate reporting requirements-Annual Report, Tax Package and 10-K Package
• Assist with special projects as necessary
• Participate on Project Teams as assigned
• Ensure compliance with Corporate financial policies
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

• Formal Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Specialized Skills: A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, solid PC skills including Excel and database applications, strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills

The client will need a 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
