Provide business solutions regarding all aspects of acquisition management in the planning, award and contract administration phases in the procurement of supplies and services for the Federal Govt. Coordinates acquisition and contract strategy planning. Provides supportable research and analysis on contracting issues in the context of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and agency acquisition regulations. Fosters solutions to promote use of small business programs through contracting and subcontracting opportunities. Encourages use of performance based contracts with meaningful incentives. Examines invoices to prepare certifications that costs are reasonable and allowable under contracts in coordination with the vendor, the customer, DFAS, and DCAA. Ensures that contract deliveries are completed on schedule. Develops cost estimates and evaluates proposals. 1-3 years experience required. Active Interim Secret Clearance required.
