Oracle Database Administrator ~
This position will be located in Raleigh, NC.
This is a second-shift position (hours 3pm - 12am)
Description:
Oracle production database support services from a centralized point of origin (Raleigh, NC)
A significant portion of this service will include support for the client s database environment.
This is a 24X7X365 environment and requires the ability to work overtime and night/weekend shift coverage, on occasion to meet project schedules, or as scheduled.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, experience and skills/abilities listed:
A four year college degree in a Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
A minimum of nine (9) years total IT experience.
At least three (3) of the past five (5) years experience in a large (>100GB ) production DBA environment.
Must have experience using RMAN.
1 year of RAC administration and support and 10g experience (11g preferred).
Must be able to obtain a sensitive level security clearance
