Essential duties and responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for maintaining and creating Americasmart's software code assets. Will assist with developing new code and expanding existing applications. Will support DBA with database maintenance tasks. The function will develop, modify and screen various applications used by Americasmart. Will modify and develop new Web Pages and applications. Will maintain communication with Executive Director of Technology Services

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from a four-year College or University with a minimum of 1-2 years prior related work experience with configuring and installing hardware on Windows computers is required; DSL exposure is preferred. Proven customer service experience is required.The person holding this position will have a complete mastery of the following technology areas, including related technologies not specifically mentioned here:Microsoft coding languages and frameworks (Visual Basic &.Net Frameworks), Database structure and operation, Web technologies, VB.Net, .NET Frameworks through current version, MS SQL Server, including coding in SQL, Java, Coldfusion, PHP, ASP, HTML, CSS and SalesLogix
