What you need for this position:
5+ years experience as a retail store manager
- Prefer an individual who has grocery, produce, specialty food items experience
Previous responsibility for overall store performance
- Including sales tracking, inventory control, employee management, forecasting
Bachelors degree in business or related field required
- Excellent computer skills
Outgoing personality, outstanding customer service skills, desire to succeed.


What you'll be doing:
Manage all aspects of store/overall performance
- Sales, inventory, customer service, staffing, reports, store appearance & success
Forecast, monitor, analyze, report and improve
- Sales, budgets, employee compensation, product placement, inventory costs
Develop strategies to improve sales and enhance the store experience
- Working closely with staff, management and customers
