Information Technology (IT) team member accountable for SAP program and object development to support ERP, BI and SCM

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Develop SAP objects including completing technical design specifications, coding and testing of custom objects based on Functional Design Specification
Act as internal consultant to Business Application Specialists on development of forms, programs and data dictionary objects
Ensure efficient coding on modified or custom programs
Define and work with SAP team to maintain interfaces to other systems
Provide cross-functional problem identification and resolution

Experience/Skills Required:
Bachelors degree (or higher) in a business or technical field, and a minimum of five years experience as an ABAP developer required
Experience developing with SAPscript and SmartForms and dialog and report processes using ALV objects required
Experience in ECC 6.0 or higher and multiple full-cycle implementations desired
Experience with IDOC creation and modification as well as developing workbench objects for R/3, BW, ERP, BI, and APO/SCM desired
Experience with Adobe interactive forms, portals, and WEB DYNPRO a plus
Experience developing/maintaining interfaces between SAP systems and businesses as well as researching SAP Service Marketplace and SAP upgrades
Experience with Workflow and LSMW and CATT desired
Demonstrated excellent written, oral, electronic communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate individually and as part of a team; effectively set expectations, manage work and deliver results
Demonstrated ability to understand concepts and problem-solving using a wide variety of internal and external resources
Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot and identify corrections for all technical objects
Experience working on small, fast paced project teams
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Good understanding and knowledge of SAP modules in use (FI/CO, MM/PP, WM/IM, PM, QM, SD, LE)
