Prestigious Global Trading Firm, located in the Chicago Loop, is currently seeking a Trade Support Analyst with Trading Technologies experience (TT).
Candidate will provide first and second level support to traders in our Chicago and NY offices.

Responsibilities:
- Perform active monitoring and respond to alerts within technology environment; escalate issues to appropriate IT staff if necessary

- Work collaboratively with traders and other IT staff to implement new tools and strategies.

- Manage applications including Trading Technologies and proprietary applications.

- Test new releases of software and deploy to production.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop problems.

- Install and configure hardware and software.

- Achieve close to 100% uptime through monitoring, use of change management procedures and immediate response to any outage.

- Manage incidents including incident resolution process and client communications

- Develop and maintain systems documentation.

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve firm goals.

- Provide support off-hours and remotely when needed.





Experience

- Experience supporting proprietary and third party trading applications is required.

- Experience with Perl, Shell scripting, or another programming language is required.

- Experience with Linux and/or Windows desktop administration is required.

- Demonstrated ability configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting software is required.

- Experience supporting XTrader from Trading Technologies is preferred.
