REQUIRED:
4+ years Network Operation Center (NOC) experience.
Must be a troubleshooting guru.
Medium to senior level experience with Cisco products.
Experience with Monitoring tools such as Netcool and NetQoS.
Experience with CA products.

CERTIFICATIONS:
CCNA and/or CCNP is HIGHLY preferred!

EDUCATION:
4 year degree desired.
