Modis is currently seeking a Juniper Certified Network Engineer for an exciting contract opportunity with our client in the Atlanta, GA area.

The position is expected to start immediately and last for an initial duration of 24 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will involve several network migrations and expansions for enterprise-level Juniper Data Networks. The Network Engineer on this assignment will be participating in planning and execution activities for the network migration as well as assisting in a Tier 2/Tier 3 role for the technical support/troubleshooting of all Juniper hardware, Scripting and O/S environments. Candidates MUST have a minimum JNCIA Certification with in-depth experience on Juniper M and T Series Enterprise Routers, Juniper Command Line Interfacing (CLI) and the JUNOS Operating System. In addition, a thorough understanding of TCP/IP Networking and common Advanced WAN Protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS is a requirement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- JNCIA/JNCIS Certification with a minimum of 5 years IT Experience
- Expert Juniper Data Network Experience (M/T Series Routers, JUNOS, Juniper CLI)
- Strong protocol experience (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
- Expert TCP/IP
