Sr. Electrical Engineer - RF, Wireless

  • Focus engineering skills on finding ways to reduce product and/or production cost of existing products.
  • Must love breaking down a product into parts and finding new ways to build it with less costly materials, parts or assembly methods.
  • Led and mentor New Product Development teams that do the original design to think of ways to reduce costs but still meet or go beyond standards and performance standards.
  • Will be involved in the process from beginning to end -- talking to customers, developing product specifications, creating prototypes, manufacturing, testing and launching the final product.
  • Will lead dynamic, creative, well eduated team of EE's, ME's and Mfg Engineers - key is ability to harness the energies and drive brainstorming sessions.

  • A strong EE background with RF hardware used in wireless communication applications.
  • Need at least 8 - 10 years exp.
  • Masters EE is preferred.
