The individual hired must meet the following minimum requirements:
Contractors will be required to complete this work on site.
Demonstrated leadership ability,
Demonstrated self starter,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the following:
Ability to communicate effectively with technical, private health care providers, and program staff,
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the implementation of HL7 Laboratory interfaces,
Demonstrated experience and expertise with the Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Hardware and Software, specifically;
Extensive understanding and experience with TCL coding
Experience with TCL libraries
Experience in ODBC calls
Experience with Cloverleaf commands and XML
Experience and understanding of HL7 segments
Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and management of complex processes,

The following knowledge and experience will be beneficial:
Understanding of general health care concepts,
Understanding of strategic planning,
Understanding and experience with consensus building.
