We are currently seeking a Quality Control Managerl to take on a Key role within our food/food ingredient manufacturing facility in Cambridge, MN.

In this role, you will personally manage various plant based Quality Control Managers throughout our five Operating units through weekly calls and scheduled meetings , and a bit closer to home in the HOME PLANT location, you will work to evaluate, understand, and improve the plants and processes.

Qualified candidates must have experience in the food industry and a thorough understanding of statistical process controls, HAACP, SQC and other preventative QC programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Sound knowledge of computer based reporting and record keeping systems
Knowledge of customer complaint investigation and resolution skills
Experience with multi-plant and multi-product systems
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
Serve as a technical liaison for Regulatory Compliance
In depth knowledge of all relevant local, state and federal GMP requirements pertaining to food ingredient manufacturing
