What you need:
- Strong background building high-volume, large-scale, LAMP-based Web applications using Perl, PHP or Python
- 5+ years experience developing Web based applications. You should have worked with page templating systems, session data storage, relational databases, caching, and inter-process communication
- Understanding of professional software development processes: cycles of requirements definition, issue tracking, version control, automated testing, deployment and maintenance
- Linux/UNIX, Subversion or similar version control
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
- Experience with HTML:Mason, DBIx:SQLEngine, and Cache:Memcached.
- Experience in systems administration, database administration, especially replication and performance tuning
- Ajax, OO JavaScript, and/or AS2/3 experience a plus
