What you need for this position:
- 8 years experience in analytical problem solving and data analysis
- 4 years experience in software development utilizing SAS/BASE, and SAS macros
- 8 years experience in computer program design and development
- 2 years experience in a Datawarehouse environment including familiarity with Datawarehouse concepts, relational data bases, merging data from multiple sources and working on large tables.
- 3 years experience performing complex data manipulation procedures in a relational data base environment utilizing SAS.
- 2 years experience with software quality assurance using Unit & Regression Testing
- 1 year experience eliciting, documenting, and architecting solutions for user needs from a cross-disciplinary team including researchers, IT professionals and managers
- 1 year experience developing or using an enterprise master person index which utilizes deterministic and probabilistic matching techniques Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.*
- Demonstrated experience with health related and/or large government organizations
- Experience with Informatica version 6 or later
- Familiarity with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) data
