- Existing contacts in your network that you can readily tap into and scheduling introductory conference calls amongst you, your contacts and us!
- A strong network of correspondent lenders that fund loans using open warehouse lines that is looking to outsource its appraisal management function in order to comply with HVCC
- We do the rest! We just need the introduction!

What you'll be doing:

- Looking for sales reps throughout the country selling appraisal management services.
- You must have a solid background in the in the mortgage or banking business (loan officers, processors, whole sale reps)
- Experience selling loans and have connections that can catapult a relationship with the lender in ordering appraisals.
- Experience maintaining relationships with the client.
- Schedule introductory conference calls
- Act as a client advocate
- Earn a commission on all completed appraisal order fees
