What you need:

- High level knowledge and ability to code in CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
- High level knowledge and Hands on experience with PHP & MYSQL coding.
- Experience with E-commerce sites or similar sites with billing gateways
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with large traffic sites and communities/networking sites is a plus.
- Web 2.0 knowledge is a must.
- Basic design knowledge and principles are a plus.
- Knowledge in Flash coding and action scripts are a plus
