If you are a mid- level Coding Manager with medical coding and is certified as a RHIT or RHIA, please read on!

We are looking for a dynamic and superior Coding Supervisor who has at least 3 years of management experience supervising coders to join our team!

What you need for this position:

- Associates degree in Health Information Management or related field
- 3+ years as a Coder
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- RHIT or RHIA required

What you'll be doing:

-Manage. train, coordinate the activities of in-patient and outpatient coders
- Coordinate and perform quality reviews of coding, abstracting, and analyze clinical case mix
- Ensure coders meet productivity and quality expectations while ensuring DNFB meets expectations
- Code in-patient and outpatient accounts as needed
