This role will be part of a development team customizing, developing, deploying and integrating BPM applications (Savvion, IBM Process Server). The role includes working closely with the line of business partners and other technology groups to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions using BPM Technology.

Must be able to lead development efforts independently at the same time working in a team environment leveraging and contributing to the overall objectives. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned BPM consultants. The role require working with offshore developers to deliver overall project objectives. The role may require some forecasting, estimating experience. Strong communication skills is required. Typically requires 5-7 years of total experience.

Job Requirements:

Possess strong Java/J2EE/JSP design and development experience. Proven development experience with BPM tools (Savvion and/or IBM Process Server preferred). Demonstrated development experience in Weblogic or WebSphere. Oracle development is required. 5+ years of Java/J2EE, 2+ Years of Oracle/SQL. Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:
