Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Colorado?
Do you have at least 1 year experience with the frail or elderly population?

We are a Senior Community Care with innovative programs that provides preventive, primary, acute and long term health care services. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with 1+ years experience with the frail or elderly population.

What you need:
- Colorado registered Occupational Therapist
- 1+ year experience working with a frail or elderly population
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, means of transportation
- Good working knowledge of physical, psychosocial and behavioral needs of the elderly population.
- Effective listening, and written and oral communication skills.
- Problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and apply good judgment.
- Working knowledge of practice boundaries for PT, PTA, OT or COTA
- Basic computer skills
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact
