Part time Family Nurse Practitioner
Position is located in Albany, NH

Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner? If so please read on.

What you will be doing:

You will provide Primary Care, Family Planning and Pediatric care to our patients. Acute and chronic conditions are treated here.

Facility offers a variety of patient assistance funds to our patients: emergency medication, transportation, consultation, and diabetic medication/treatment and supplies are among our funds.
Facility has a very active Medication Bridge program that supplies our patients with brand name long-term medications through various patient assistance programs.
Facility has a well-trained clinical support staff, full time social work and mental health counseling is also available to our patients.

What you need to have/know:

Successful applicant must have a New Hampshire ARNP license and certification. They must be well-organized, able to work independently and in collaboration with others. Strong communication and problem solving skills needed.

Education Requirements
Master's degree in nursing, certification and licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in New Hampshire
