Full time/Part time Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

We are a growing Home health consulting firm seeking Full time and Part time Physical Therapists. If you are a Licensed Physical Therapist seeking a rewarding career in Home health, please read on!

Our organization currently has opportunities for experienced and new grad PTs to help grow our business and continue to develop upon existing patient census.

Our Physical Therapists will cover a geographic area of 25-30 miles.

What you need for this position:
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- Home health experience is a plus
- PT degree from an accredited school

What you'll be doing:
- Traveling within a 25-30 mile radius to provide Physical therapy treatment to homecare patients.
- Full Time Therapists will have 35-40 home visits/week.
- Part Time Therapists will have 25-30 home visits/week.
