We are one of the largest teachers unions in the country. Due to expansion we are looking for a Director to join our team and lead our organization to new levels.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations and management of the organization.

What you will be overseeing!

- Monitor Membership to ensure organization is meeting the needs of members
- Fiscal management
- Strategic planning
- Policy implementation
- Overall organizations leadership

What you need to have!

- 8+ years leading large, membership driven organization
- Strong background in education
- Experience with unions
- Bachelors degree - Masters a huge plus!
