We are a fully accredited Distance Learning K-12 campus located in Iowa. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Academic Director who excels in strategic planning, business growth, academic leadership, budgeting and project execution in a distance learning or virtual academy environment.


What you need for this position:

- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Business
- 3+ years in the application of computer and online educational programs, processes and systems.
- 3+ years of proven success in the education, serving the K-12 demographic.

What you'll be doing:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our distance learning academy and must possess skills in business development, team leadership, hiring, training and mentoring of administrative staff, faculty, guidance counselors and student service representatives.
