What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Home Program Director for the Georgia and Alabama region. You will be responsible for the daily operation of home programs based in care centers in the defined geographical area. You will also do PD and Home Hemo as well as training of home program nurses when needed. Travel can be up to 75% at times!

What do you need to qualify?

-1+ years of dialysis home therapies experience is a MUST
-Must be a licensed RN in state of practice, CNN preferred!
-Must have a Nursing Diploma
-Must be able to travel 60-75% of the time!
