What you need:

- Experience buying interactive display ad units
- Experience negotiating and managing delivery of booked campaigns (on CPA, CPC, CPM or CPL model)
- Strong phone presence and ability to negotiate pricing
- Must be comfortable with adult content/adult oriented sites
- Industry contacts (in the adult space or dating vertical) a huge plus!

What you'll be doing - You will:

- Negotiate pricing and acquire inventory on a CPA, CPM and CPL basis for banners, email, pop-up and other direct response inventory
- Establish, negotiate and develop profitable media and vendor relationships
- Identify and execute written agreements with cost-effective, scalable and targeted sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic
- Ensure that sources maintain the minimum acceptable ROI metrics/goals
