Financial Analyst with a minimum secret clearance needed at government contracting company in West Virginia! Top secret clearance is preferred but not required, however, you must have an active Secret clearance and be a US citizen to qualify. This is a full time opportunity that requires the candidate to live in West Virginia. We will help with relocation for the right person.


What will you be doing:

The Financial Analyst will provide program and project management services and consulting in the following disciplines:
Management Controls and Sustainment
Program Financial Planning & Control
Program Review, Oversight and Reporting
Analyses and Briefings
Workflow Management
Resolution of Program Issues
Program Administration
Earned Value Management
Program Assessments
Task/Milestone Progress

This ideal candidate should have a strong financial background in the review and management of government contracting and reporting. This ideal candidate will support internal and external reporting and program oversight requirements. This ideal candidate should be able to review inquiries, provide input, and prepare responses as requested to support IISS, 0009-03, OMB, Congressional, and other outside organization reporting requirements and inquiries. This ideal candidate should be able to prepare presentations, briefings, point papers, alternative recommendations, and spreadsheet analysis of financial data for briefings to client management and outside organizations.

You will also be preparing presentations, briefings, point papers, alternative recommendations, and spreadsheet analysis of financial data for briefings to client management and outside organizations.

What you need for the position:

- Previous experience developing and analyzing Life Cycle Cost Estimates and Cost Benefit Analysis
- Experience in performing cost realism analysis
- Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and processes
- At least 4-5 years as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst or Project Manager Specifically focused on Financial Status tracking, Budget Management, Procurement Services and Earned Value Management
- Active Secret Clearance
- Excel and Access
- Previous knowledge or experience with Procurement, Acquisition and Contract Administration is a must
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
