What you need:

- 3+ years of experience in Programming
- C# or VB.Net
- Asp.Net, Asp.Net 3.5 experience preferred
- SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008
- Strong middle tier and Back End development skills

- Ability to interface with clients and gather requirements
- Strong Communication skills
