Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and treating of patients
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Conducting or assisting in patient screenings
- Perform activities of Occupational Therapy as directed by Physician
- Attending facility meeting as needed
- Developing and implementing or assisting in new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services

The qualified candidate will have the following:
- Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- Valid OTR license in Ohio or eligibility
- Acute Care/Hospital Rehab experience a plus
